Abstract We consider degrees of freedom for a quantum de Sitter spacetime. The problem is studied from both Lorentzian and Euclidean perspective. From perspective, we compute dynamical properties the static patch horizon. These are compared to features black hole. point out differences suggestive non-standard thermal behaviour establish that geometries interpolating between an asymptotically AdS 2 × S space dS 4 interior compatible with null energy condition, albeit decreasing radial size S 2 . putative holographic dual asymptotic spacetime comprised finite number underlying freedom. perspective gravitational path integral fields over compact manifolds.
